N97 already out or just a fake??

Is this a Nokia N97 or just some photo shop edit, No idea at all.
But as it rumors the phone is said to be like a portable computer.Nokia has made no confirmation on this one.

The phone has a 5 Megapixel camera with 20x digital zoom a whopping 20 GB of internal memory along with a mini SD card slot. After the N96 and N95 their are huge expectations from N97 as it would be like the next generation of mobile phones.
